Thursday – Week 3

Part 1: Fartlek

Fartlek Run:

  • 5 minute warm-up (pace 2-3)
  • 25 minute fartlek (pace alternating between 4-8)
  • 5 minute cool-down (pace 2-3)

Part 2: Core Strength

Do 3 rounds with 30 Seconds rest after each round

Bird Dog with Band

12 reps each side

Bear Hold

30 seconds

Tabletop Leg Lowers

12 reps each side

Dead Bugs

12 reps each side
