My name is Alina Kennedy. I’m a physiotherapist, runner, and strength coach.
I graduated from the University of South Australia in 2011 with a degree in physiotherapy and have spent the last decade working as a sports physio across Australia and the US.
I started The Runners Physio in 2016 with the vision to give runners better access to high-quality physiotherapy online.
I’ve found that while traditional, in-person physiotherapy is incredibly valuable, it’s not always feasible or convenient for someone to attend regular appointments for weeks or months of treatment. I wanted to give runners another option to effectively manage their injuries and get back to running pain-free sooner.
My mission here is to give you open access to the latest evidence-based resources, the most effective strength & rehab exercises, and expert support whenever and wherever you need!
